TRACE is Attending CSUN

CSUN, California State University, Northridge, hosts an assistive technology conference every year. This conference is one of the biggest accessibility conferences in the world, and is sponsored by various well-known companies like Amazon, CVS Health, Google, Microsoft, and Walmart.
Dr. Bern Jordan will be presenting his work on accessible kiosks in a session called “Cross-Disability Access to Kiosks: Lessons Learned.” He will explore self-service kiosks, and how accessibility techniques can be incorporated into smaller and newer kiosks. He will also table with Raising the Floor, a non-profit organization that partners with research organizations to advocate for inclusion in digital technology.
TRACE’s founder, Gregg Vanderheiden will also be presenting a technology from Raising the Floor that helps assistive technology users find the tools that are the best fit for them on various computers.
